Must be OEM Yamaha. You can tell by looking at the left side of the cylinder where the reeds go in. It will have a Y-1, or Y-2 cast into the cylinder. No Modifications of any kind. No sleeves, stripped bolt holes, heli-coils, broken fins, damaged gasket surfaces, missing studs, or rubber buffers. In need of a bore is fine as long as 67.5 mm will clean it up. 66 mm is a stock bore. Take a good look at the exhaust port. If you see a deep , square gouge, the rings rotated and it probably wont make it.
No modifications of any kind, no stripped spark plug holes, no broken fins, OEM heads only. The head will have a Y-1 or Y-2 on the bottom side.
No weld repairs, no cracks, no missing studs, no stripped threads, no JB weld, no broken clutch spring tabs, no worn engine mounting tabs, no pry marks on sealing surfaces, no missing bearings with the exception of main bearings, no sand blasted cases, no excessive wear from a drive chain malfunction.
No modifications, no burrs inside of the taper, no broken keys, no stripped threads, no hammer marks on the outside, no missing magnets.
No aftermarket stators, no broken wires or broken/ distorted plates. Stator must OHM out. Do a Google search to make sure it's good.
No broken gears or rounded dogs, no stripped threads, no bent shafts, no worn splines for the sprocket.
No wear on the ends of the forks, shift cam must have the star, no broken keys on the the shift cam.
No broken ears, no worn out bushings, no deep gouges in the ears, no damaged gears, no more than 1/8" of rotational play between the basket and the gear.
No excessive wear in the grooves.
No stripped threads, no broken keys.
No wear where the actuator makes contact with the shaft, no damaged arms.
No weld or JB weld repairs, no missing plugs, no damage to the sealing surface.
No cracks or broken pieces, no modifications.
OEM or Vitos. No stripped threads, no mushroomed ends, no broken keys, no damaged tapers.
