All Balls Fuel Tap Repair Kit
The All Balls fuel tap repair kit supplies replacement sealing components and hardware for servicing a compatible Yamaha Blaster petcock. It allows you to repair the existing fuel valve when its body and sealing surfaces remain serviceable.
Application and purpose
The fuel tap controls gasoline flow from the tank to the carburetor. Worn seals can allow external leakage or prevent the valve from shutting off correctly.
Inspect the valve before rebuilding it. A cracked body, damaged threads or badly worn sealing surfaces may require replacement of the complete fuel tap.
Kit components
The product image shows replacement gaskets and seals, O-rings, screws and washers. Each purchase supplies one repair kit rather than a complete fuel valve.
Check compatibility
Confirm the kit’s manufacturer part number against the installed petcock before ordering. An aftermarket replacement valve may use different internal components from the original Yamaha unit.
Installation
Drain the tank into a suitable container and follow the applicable service instructions. Work away from ignition sources, clean the valve carefully and inspect the fuel hose during service.
After assembly, check for leaks and verify correct operation in each valve position before riding.
