Yamaha Blaster Clutch Actuator Spring Tab
A broken spring tab leaves the clutch actuator return spring without its proper anchor point. This Yamaha Blaster clutch actuator spring tab provides a replacement for that damaged mounting point.
The tab gives the spring a fixed anchor so it can apply return tension to the clutch actuator. It is a practical repair component for Yamaha Blaster engine cases with a broken or missing original tab.
Repair the Clutch Return Spring Mount
The clutch actuator return spring helps bring the actuator back toward its resting position when you release the clutch lever. Its mounting tab must hold the spring securely and maintain the correct relationship between the spring and actuator.
Replacing the broken tab restores that anchor point. Inspect the spring, actuator and surrounding case area when planning the repair.
