Description
Finish your carburetor installation with these Yamaha Blaster 28mm PWK carburetor clamps from Ken OConnor Racing. This two-clamp kit is intended for a 28mm PWK carburetor setup and helps secure the rubber boot connections around the carburetor.
Correctly fitted clamps hold the boots in position without interfering with nearby components. Replace damaged clamps or poorly fitting hardware when installing a carburetor, servicing the intake system or completing an engine build.

Application
This clamp kit is intended for Yamaha Blaster installations using a 28mm PWK carburetor. Use it with the intake boot selected for your setup.
The 28mm measurement refers to the carburetor bore—not the clamp diameter. Clamp fit depends on the outside diameter of the boot being secured.
Installation
Make sure each boot is fully seated on its connection before positioning the clamp. Locate the clamp on the boot’s clamping area and tighten it evenly.
Inspect the rubber for cracks, damage or distortion. Avoid overtightening, which can damage the boot. A clamp cannot repair a deteriorated boot or compensate for mismatched components.
After installation, check the connections and confirm that the throttle operates freely. An engine leak-down test can help verify the intake seal before running the engine.
