Rebuild your Yamaha Blaster engine with a complete, cost-effective top end package assembled and inspected by Ken OConnor Racing. This Yamaha Blaster top end kit combines an import 66mm cylinder with premium Wossner components for better quality and reliability than a typical low-cost cylinder kit.

Before the kit ships, we inspect the cylinder’s critical tolerances. This additional inspection helps identify problems commonly overlooked when inexpensive replacement cylinders are sold directly out of the box.

This kit is an affordable alternative to having a worn cylinder bored or purchasing a used OEM cylinder of unknown condition.

Yamaha Blaster Fitment

This top end kit fits the 1988–2006 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster. It uses a standard 66mm bore-size piston and is intended as a complete replacement top end package.

Proper carburetor jetting, engine break-in and installation procedures are essential when installing a new piston and cylinder. Always verify engine condition and correct any air leaks, crankshaft problems or lubrication issues before operating the rebuilt engine.
