This Yamaha Blaster top end kit combines a 66mm import replacement cylinder with Wossner components. KOR inspects and corrects critical cylinder tolerances before shipping, providing a checked replacement package for your rebuild.

Fitment

For 1988–2006 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster models using the standard 66mm bore configuration. The cylinder is an aftermarket import replacement.

Porting options

• None: Standard cylinder port configuration.
• Fast Trail Port: For responsive trail performance and a broad powerband.
• Aggressive Trail Port: For riders seeking a more aggressive performance combination.

KOR performs the optional porting work in-house. Select your preferred option before ordering.

Preparing for installation

Inspect the lower end and correct any air leaks, lubrication problems or crankshaft issues before fitting the new top end. Follow the applicable cleaning, gasket removal, ring-gap and assembly instructions.

Confirm carburetor jetting for your engine, exhaust and intake combination, particularly when selecting porting. Follow the required break-in procedure after assembly.
