The Yamaha Blaster stator cover bolt kit provides replacement hardware for securing your engine’s stator cover. It is a practical addition when replacing damaged bolts, reinstalling the cover after service, or refreshing your engine hardware.

Application and purpose
These bolts secure the stator cover to the engine case. Their socket heads accept an Allen tool for installation and removal.
Replace hardware with damaged threads or rounded sockets while servicing the cover. Inspect the threaded mounting holes and cover before fitting the new bolts.
Installation
Start each bolt by hand to avoid cross-threading. Tighten evenly to the specification in the Yamaha service manual. Inspect the cover gasket and replace it if damaged.
