Yamaha Blaster Chain Rollers
These Yamaha Blaster chain rollers replace worn or damaged roller bodies in the chain-contact system. Each kit contains two black rollers with center mounting holes.
Chain rollers provide a contact surface for the drive chain as it moves through its path. Inspect them regularly alongside the chain, sprockets, guides and sliders. Replace rollers that are cracked, deeply grooved or worn through.

Check Your Mounting Setup
Compare the rollers with your existing parts before installation. Check the mounting-hole diameter, roller width and outside diameter, particularly if your Blaster has modified mounts or an aftermarket swingarm.
Inspect the mounting hardware and any sleeves or spacers used in your assembly. Replace damaged components as needed.
Installation and Maintenance
Install the rollers using the correct hardware arrangement for your setup. Follow the appropriate service information for tightening specifications, and verify that the rollers function correctly after installation.
Check chain slack and alignment separately. New rollers do not correct an overtightened chain, worn sprockets or a misaligned rear axle.
