Yamaha Blaster Swingarm Bearing Kit

The Yamaha Blaster swingarm bearing kit from Bronco supplies replacement components for servicing the swingarm pivot on 1988–2006 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster models. Use it when replacing worn pivot bearings and associated hardware during suspension maintenance or restoration.

Application and purpose

The swingarm pivot allows the rear suspension to move while supporting the swingarm at its frame mounting point. Worn bearings or sleeves can contribute to excessive movement at this connection.

Inspect the pivot assembly when checking rear suspension play. Wheel bearings, axle bearings and shock mounts should be inspected separately to identify the source of any looseness.

Kit components

The pictured kit contains needle bearings, sleeves, bushings, sealing rings and washers. These components service the swingarm pivot assembly.

This is an aftermarket Bronco replacement kit. It does not include shock pivot bearings or a replacement swingarm pivot bolt.

Fitment and installation

Fits 1988–2006 Yamaha Blaster YFS200 models. Confirm compatibility before ordering if your ATV has an aftermarket swingarm or modified pivot mounts.

Inspect the pivot bolt, bearing bores and mounting points before assembly. Replace or repair damaged components as needed. Follow the applicable service instructions for bearing installation, lubrication and fastener torque.
