Bring your Yamaha Blaster’s factory carburetor back into proper working condition with this Yamaha Blaster Carb Refresh Kit. It is designed for the OEM Mikuni VM26 carburetor used on the Yamaha YFS200 Blaster.
A carburetor that has been sitting with old fuel or has accumulated dirt, varnish and debris can cause hard starting, poor throttle response, inconsistent idling and other fuel-delivery problems. Servicing the carburetor is an important first step when diagnosing these conditions.
This kit provides a convenient way to refresh the factory VM26 carburetor instead of replacing the complete carburetor.

This kit is intended for the original VM26 carburetor. Verify which carburetor is installed before ordering because many Yamaha Blasters have been fitted with aftermarket or larger carburetors.
Installation notes
The carburetor should be completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned before installing the new components. Carefully clean the pilot-jet passage, main-jet circuit, float-valve area and air passages.
Carburetor parts alone will not correct problems caused by improper jetting, incorrect float height, blocked passages, damaged intake components or an engine air leak. After installation, verify carburetor adjustment and perform a leak-down test if the engine continues to run lean, idle inconsistently or hang at elevated rpm.
