Yamaha Blaster Clutch Cover Bolt Kit
The Yamaha Blaster clutch cover bolt kit provides replacement socket-head fasteners for securing the clutch cover. Use it when replacing damaged, corroded or missing bolts during clutch maintenance or an engine rebuild.
Socket-head bolts accept an internal hex tool, providing a consistent drive style for future cover removal and installation.
Application and purpose
These fasteners secure the outer clutch cover to the engine. They are cover mounting hardware, rather than clutch spring bolts or internal clutch components.
Inspect your existing bolts during disassembly. Replace hardware with damaged threads or rounded drive sockets before reinstalling the cover.
Fitment and installation
Compare bolt lengths and mounting positions before assembly. If your Blaster uses an aftermarket cover, a spacer or other modifications, confirm the required hardware with KOR.
Inspect the threaded holes and cover mounting surfaces. Start each bolt by hand to check engagement, then tighten using the applicable service specifications and sequence. Do not force a bolt that binds or bottoms out.
Check the clutch cover gasket separately and replace it when necessary. New bolts will not repair damaged threads or a distorted cover.
