Yamaha Blaster Complete Gasket Kit
The Yamaha Blaster complete gasket kit provides replacement engine gaskets for 1988–2006 Yamaha Blaster models. Available from KOR, this set is a convenient option for engine rebuilding, top end repairs and engine cover service.
Application and fitment
This gasket set fits all Yamaha Blaster model years. Compare each gasket with the corresponding engine component before installation.
For aftermarket cylinders, big bore conversions or modified engines, confirm that the head gasket opening and gasket thickness suit your combination. Contact KOR for help selecting the correct gaskets.

Includes the head, base, intake, exhaust, clutch cover, and oil pump.
Check your repair requirements before disassembly. Confirm oil seals, O-rings and any additional sealing components separately when planning a complete rebuild.
Installation and preparation
Remove old gasket material carefully without damaging the mating surfaces. Inspect covers and sealing faces for distortion, corrosion or other damage that could prevent proper sealing.
Keep debris out of the engine and follow the applicable service specifications for installation, tightening sequence and fastener torque. Apply sealant only where specified by the service procedure or gasket manufacturer.
