Whether you’re reinstalling your existing plastics or completing a restoration, replacing worn hardware helps keep the body panels securely mounted and gives the finished machine a cleaner appearance.

The included hardware is intended for the Yamaha Blaster’s fenders and gas tank cover. Fenders and the gas tank cover are sold separately.
Replace Missing or Damaged Mounting Hardware
Repeated removal, vibration and trail use can leave your Blaster with loose fasteners, damaged screw heads or missing washers. This kit provides replacement hardware for reassembling the fenders and gas tank cover without piecing together individual fasteners.

Installation
Match each fastener to its correct mounting location before tightening. Inspect the plastics and mounting tabs for cracks or damage, and make sure the panels sit correctly.
Start all fasteners before final tightening. Avoid overtightening hardware against plastic panels, which can distort or crack the mounting areas.
