ProX Keihin pilot jets are replacement slow jets for compatible Keihin carburetors. Choose the required size for carburetor maintenance or low-throttle mixture adjustment.

What does the pilot jet do?
The pilot jet meters fuel through the carburetor’s slow circuit. It affects starting, idle and low-throttle operation, working alongside the air screw and overlapping carburetor circuits.
Within the same jet series, a larger-numbered pilot jet supplies more fuel for a richer mixture. A smaller-numbered jet supplies less fuel for a leaner mixture.
Check compatibility before ordering
These jets are manufactured by ProX for compatible Keihin carburetors. Keihin uses multiple pilot-jet designs, so verify the jet series, threads and dimensions against your carburetor’s specifications.
For a Yamaha Blaster carburetor conversion, select jets to match the installed carburetor. These are not listed as replacements for the original Mikuni VM26 pilot jet.
Tuning guidance
Jetting requirements depend on your engine, modifications, fuel, elevation and weather. Change one setting at a time and confirm the final mixture through testing.
