The Pro-X piston kit provides a cast replacement piston and matching components for your Yamaha Blaster top-end rebuild. Choose the size that matches your cylinder’s measured condition and required finished bore.

Select 66.5mm, 67mm, 67.5mm or 68mm from the size options before adding the kit to your cart.
Choosing the correct size
Have your cylinder measured for wear, taper and out-of-round before ordering. The size marked on an old piston does not establish whether the cylinder is suitable for another piston of that size.
If boring is required, supply the new piston to your machinist so the cylinder can be finished to the specified piston-to-cylinder clearance. Follow the piston manufacturer’s instructions for measurement, ring end gap and installation.
