Vito’s Standard Stroke Crankshaft for Yamaha Blaster

The Vito’s Standard Stroke Crankshaft is a brand-new replacement crankshaft for the 1988–2006 Yamaha Blaster YFS200. It retains the factory 57mm stroke, making it an excellent choice for stock rebuilds, trail engines and performance builds that do not require a stroker crankshaft.

This crankshaft installs as a factory-style replacement and does not require the spacer plate, cylinder modifications or piston adjustments associated with a stroker crankshaft. It can be used with a stock cylinder or a compatible big-bore cylinder.

Direct-Fit Yamaha Blaster Crankshaft

A worn crankshaft can cause excessive vibration, engine noise, poor performance and serious internal engine damage. If the connecting rod has excessive side clearance, vertical play or a rough lower rod bearing, the crankshaft should be inspected or replaced before the engine is returned to service.
