Description
The Yamaha Blaster Folding Shift Lever from EMGO is a durable, direct-replacement shifter for all 1988–2006 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster models. Manufactured from sturdy steel, this shift lever replaces a worn, bent, loose or damaged factory shifter without requiring modifications.
The folding toe tip is designed to pivot when it contacts rocks, roots or other trail obstacles. This helps reduce the chance of bending the shift lever or damaging the transmission shift shaft during off-road riding. The rubber-covered toe piece also provides comfortable, dependable contact with your riding boot.
This lever mounts directly to the factory splined shift shaft and can be positioned to suit the rider’s boot size and preferred riding position. It is an economical replacement for an original lever that has damaged splines, excessive wear or a permanently bent toe section.

Installation Note
Inspect the shift-shaft splines before installation. If the splines are rounded or severely damaged, replacing the lever alone may not eliminate looseness. Position the lever for adequate clearance and securely tighten the pinch bolt before riding.
