Replace worn, damaged or missing engine-case grommets with this Yamaha Blaster rubber grommet kit from Ken OConnor Racing. This three-piece kit is designed for the left side of the Yamaha YFS200 Blaster engine and includes a plug for deleting the unused oil-line opening in the oil-pump cover.

The original rubber grommets can become hard, cracked, loose or damaged after years of exposure to engine heat, oil, dirt and repeated removal. Missing grommets also leave visible openings around the engine components. This kit replaces those worn pieces and gives the left side of the engine a cleaner, more complete appearance.

Each component is manufactured from flexible 3D-printed rubber material. The parts are made to fit their intended locations while maintaining enough flexibility for straightforward installation.

What Does This Yamaha Blaster Grommet Kit Include?

The Yamaha Blaster rubber grommet kit contains three black pieces:

• One large left-side engine-case grommet
• One small left-side engine-case grommet
• One oil-line delete plug for the oil-pump cover

These parts replace the corresponding grommets on the left side of the engine. The smaller oil-line plug closes the opening where the factory oil-injection line originally entered the oil-pump cover.

When the factory oil-injection system is removed, the original oil line is no longer needed. However, removing the line leaves an unused opening in the oil-pump cover.

The included Yamaha Blaster oil-line delete plug closes this opening and gives the oil-pump cover a neat, finished appearance. It is a useful finishing component for Blasters that have been properly converted to run on premixed gasoline and two-stroke oil.

This plug only closes the oil-line opening in the cover. It does not remove or disable the internal oil-pump components. The oil-injection system must be properly deleted before the engine is operated exclusively on premixed fuel.

If the oil-injection system has been removed, verify that the engine has been completely and correctly converted to premixed fuel. Gasoline and two-stroke oil must be thoroughly mixed at the correct ratio before being added to the fuel tank.

Important Oil-Injection Warning

This Yamaha Blaster rubber grommet kit is intended to finish an oil-injection delete and replace the left-side engine-case grommets. Installing the oil-line plug alone does not complete the oil-injection delete.

Never operate a Yamaha Blaster without a working oil-injection system unless the fuel has been correctly mixed with two-stroke oil. Running the engine without proper lubrication can cause severe piston, cylinder, crankshaft and bearing damage.
