Yamaha Blaster 5 Wire Stator – 2003–2006
This Yamaha Blaster 5 wire stator is professionally rebuilt by KOR using Rick’s Motorsport Electrics components. It supplies the late-model wiring configuration and a 75-watt lighting coil.
What’s included
One assembled stator with:
- New ignition source coil
- New pickup/trigger coil
- 75-watt high-output lighting coil
Fitment
For 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 Yamaha Blaster YFS200 models using the corresponding five-wire ignition arrangement.
Check the wiring and connections before ordering, particularly if your ATV has replacement electrical components. The original 1988–2002 four-wire arrangement requires a different stator.
Lighting output
The 75-watt rating applies to the lighting coil. Available lighting performance also depends on the regulator, wiring, grounds and connected equipment.
Diagnosis and installation
Test the ignition system before replacing components. Wiring faults, switches, the ignition coil and CDI can also cause spark problems.
Follow the applicable service instructions when installing the stator. Inspect the harness, route it correctly and confirm that the wiring grommet seats securely.
