Ken OConnor Racing provides professional Yamaha Blaster engine rebuilding, cylinder boring, crankshaft rebuilding and performance machining. All machining and engine assembly are performed in-house at our Connecticut engine machine shop.

Ken OConnor Racing is a full-service engine machine shop with extensive experience rebuilding and machining Yamaha YFS200 Blaster engines. Work is performed in-house, allowing us to maintain control over machining accuracy, engine preparation, assembly and final testing.

Customers can choose individual machine services or have KOR complete the entire engine from disassembly through final leak-down testing.

Important Pricing Information

Prices shown are starting prices and may change based on engine condition, required replacement parts and the extent of the repair. Damaged cases, stripped threads, broken fasteners, corrosion and previously modified components may require additional labor.

Customer-supplied crankshaft components must be inspected and approved before assembly. Additional repairs or replacement parts will not be used without customer authorization.
