Trail Ported Blaster Cylinder Kit – 66.5mm
This trail ported Blaster cylinder kit pairs a professionally prepared import cylinder with a Wossner forged piston. KOR performs the trail porting and bores the cylinder to 66.5mm for the supplied piston.

Application and preparation
Designed for 1988–2006 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster models. The cylinder is an aftermarket import replacement; Wossner supplies the piston.
Matching the bore to the supplied piston establishes the required running clearance for that combination.
Trail performance
The porting targets a broad, usable powerband for woods and recreational riding. Results depend on the complete engine combination, including the exhaust, intake, compression and carburetor settings.
Installation
Inspect the lower end and address air leaks or lubrication problems before assembly. Follow the applicable installation and break-in instructions.
After assembly, check engine sealing with a Yamaha Blaster leak down tester and confirm jetting before sustained load.
