Description
Replace the steel ball in your clutch release mechanism with this Yamaha Blaster ceramic clutch ball from Ken OConnor Racing. Made from silicon nitride (Si₃N₄), it provides a smooth ceramic contact surface within the clutch push rod assembly.
This small internal component transfers force through the clutch release mechanism when you pull the clutch lever. Inspect it during clutch repairs or engine rebuilding, along with the push rod and mating release components.

Application and Purpose
The ceramic clutch ball is intended for the Yamaha Blaster YFS200 clutch release mechanism. It works with the push rod assembly to transmit the movement needed to lift the clutch pressure plate.
Replace a missing or damaged ball before assembling the clutch release system. Inspect the rod ends and other contact surfaces for wear at the same time.

Installation
Install the ball in its correct position and lubricate the clutch release components according to the Yamaha service manual. Check the release adjustment and clutch cable free play after assembly.
If the clutch drags or releases inconsistently, inspect the complete system, including the cable, push rod, basket and clutch plates.
