Replace worn or damaged hardware with the Yamaha Blaster master engine bolt kit. This assortment brings engine fasteners together for servicing or rebuilding your Blaster.

- Socket Head stainless steel bolts
- Center case, stator cover, clutch cover, oil pump cover.
- Head, cylinder, exhaust flange nuts.

Application
Use this kit when replacing damaged bolt heads, worn threads or missing engine hardware. Confirm coverage with KOR if you need fasteners for a specific case, cover or mounting location.
Installation
Compare bolt length, diameter and thread pitch with the original hardware before installation. Start fasteners by hand and follow Yamaha’s torque specifications and tightening sequence.
Inspect the engine’s threaded holes during assembly. Replacement bolts will not repair stripped threads or damaged mounting surfaces.
