Yamaha Blaster Oil Pump Delete Kit
The Yamaha Blaster Oil Pump Delete Kit from Ken OConnor Racing provides the parts needed to remove the factory oil-injection pump and replace the OEM rubber grommets located on the left side of the engine.
This complete block-off solution fits every Yamaha YFS200 Blaster manufactured from 1988 through 2006. It is ideal for engine rebuilds, restorations and riders who want to convert their Blaster from the factory oil-injection system to premixed fuel.
Deletes the Factory Oil-Injection Pump
The factory Yamaha Blaster oil-injection system uses a mechanical pump to deliver two-stroke oil to the engine. This kit allows the pump to be removed and the resulting opening to be sealed with the included aluminum block-off plate.
Once the oil pump has been deleted, two-stroke oil must be mixed directly with the gasoline. Never operate the engine on straight gasoline after completing an oil-injection delete.
Replaces the OEM Engine Grommets
In addition to deleting the oil pump, this kit replaces the original grommets on the left side of the Yamaha Blaster engine. The supplied black replacement pieces provide a clean, finished appearance after the original components are removed.
The replacements are made specifically for their intended locations rather than relying on generic plugs, silicone or improvised covers.

Important Installation Information
The clutch cover must be removed to properly eliminate the factory oil pump and related internal components. A clutch cover gasket is not included with this kit and should be purchased separately if needed.
After installation, the engine will no longer receive oil from the factory injection system. You must begin using properly mixed two-stroke fuel before starting the engine.
For a stock or mildly modified Yamaha Blaster, a quality two-stroke oil mixed at the engine builder’s or oil manufacturer’s recommended ratio should be used. Ken OConnor Racing commonly recommends confirming the correct premix ratio for your particular engine combination and riding conditions.
