Yamaha Blaster Clutch Kit – EBC DRC
This Yamaha Blaster clutch kit combines EBC friction plates, steel separator plates and heavy-duty springs in one replacement package. It fits 1988–2006 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster models, including the 2006 Special Edition.

- Complete steel separator-plate set
- Heavy-duty clutch springs
The kit services one clutch pack. Inspect the basket, inner hub, pressure plate and release mechanism separately during the repair.
EBC DRC construction
EBC supplies stack-height-controlled components to replace the clutch pack as a matched set. The steel plates have a pin-planished surface with small indentations that help distribute oil across the clutch surfaces.
Before installation
Confirm the application and inspect the clutch cable and adjustment. Slipping or poor engagement can have causes beyond worn plates.
Follow EBC’s preparation instructions and the Yamaha service manual for plate order, tightening specifications and final adjustment. Use transmission oil suitable for the application’s wet clutch.
