Fitment and component identity
For 1988–2006 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster engines.
The crankshaft is a rebuilt original Yamaha component. The main bearings are manufactured by KOYO and supplied through Wiseco. This is a KOR-selected package containing components from multiple manufacturers.
Planning your rebuild
Inspect the crankcases, transmission, balance shaft and related components before assembly. Repair damaged bearing seats, sealing surfaces or threads before installing the replacement parts.
Use the Yamaha service manual for crankshaft installation, locking hardware, tightening specifications and final checks. After assembly, verify engine sealing with a Yamaha Blaster leak down tester.
