Restore your Yamaha Blaster engine with a genuine OEM Yamaha cylinder professionally prepared by Ken OConnor Racing. This kit is intended for engines requiring a cylinder with a finished bore size of 67.5mm or larger.

Each OEM Yamaha Blaster cylinder is matched to the supplied Wossner forged piston and professionally honed using a torque plate. Torque plate honing helps simulate the cylinder distortion that occurs when the cylinder head is tightened in place. This allows us to establish the proper piston clearance and cylinder finish under conditions that more closely represent an assembled engine.

Unlike a basic cylinder and piston combination, this package includes the important components needed to complete a dependable Yamaha Blaster top end rebuild.

You will receive an OEM cylinder with a finished bore size of 67.5mm or larger, matched to the piston supplied with the kit. The exact bore size will depend on the available cylinder and the piston required to produce the proper finished clearance.

A replacement cylinder should be more than a collection of parts in a box. Proper cylinder preparation is critical to piston life, ring sealing, compression and engine performance.

Ken OConnor Racing performs the machining and inspection work in-house. The cylinder is measured, honed to match the supplied piston and checked before shipment. This removes the uncertainty involved with purchasing a used cylinder and then trying to locate the correct piston and machine shop separately.

Optional Yamaha Blaster Cylinder Porting

Porting options are available for riders who want more performance from their Yamaha YFS200 engine:

• Fast Trail Port: Designed for a strong, responsive trail engine with a broad and usable powerband.
• Aggressive Trail Port: Intended for riders who want a more aggressive performance increase while retaining trail-riding capability.
• No Porting: Select this option when you want an OEM cylinder without performance porting.

Fitment

Designed for 1988–2006 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster engines using a 67.5mm or larger bore. Always verify your engine configuration before ordering, especially if the cylinder, crankshaft, stroke or other internal components have previously been modified.
