The UPP Racing Yamaha Blaster intake manifold provides the connection between a compatible 34–35mm aftermarket carburetor and the engine’s reed assembly. Part number 1129 is intended for larger-carburetor conversions on the Yamaha Blaster.

Application and fitment

Designed for Yamaha Blaster setups using compatible 34–35mm carburetors. These measurements refer to carburetor bore size, rather than the manifold’s mounting inside diameter.

Check the carburetor’s engine-side spigot dimensions, reed assembly mounting arrangement and available clearance before ordering. Carburetors with the same nominal bore size can have different mounting dimensions.

This is an aftermarket UPP Racing component for a carburetor conversion, rather than a stock-size intake replacement.

Construction and installation

UPP formulates its intake manifolds to resist exposure to oils and fuels. The supplied clamp secures the carburetor connection, while the gasket seals the manifold mounting surface.

Inspect the mating surfaces and use the appropriate installation specifications. Confirm that the carburetor is supported and the intake connections are sealed. After assembly, check for intake leaks and adjust carburetor jetting for the completed engine combination.
