Yamaha Blaster Flywheel Puller by Motion Pro
This Motion Pro Yamaha Blaster flywheel puller is a dedicated removal tool for servicing the ignition assembly and accessing components behind the flywheel. It is useful during stator replacement, crankshaft work and engine rebuilding.
The puller threads into the flywheel hub. Its center forcing screw applies pressure against the crankshaft end to separate the flywheel from its tapered mounting surface.

Using the Puller
Follow the Yamaha service manual and Motion Pro instructions when preparing the flywheel for removal. Clean and inspect the mating threads before installing the tool.
The puller body uses left-hand threads. Engage it fully by hand before applying load, and lubricate the forcing screw as directed by Motion Pro. Use hand tools and controlled pressure rather than an impact wrench.
Correct engagement is essential to protect the flywheel threads and crankshaft end. Avoid prying against the engine cases or pulling on the flywheel’s outer edge.
