Description

The Airsal Yamaha Blaster top end kit provides an aftermarket cylinder option for your Blaster engine build. KOR offers the kit in its listed “As-is” configuration or with a forged Wossner piston add-on.

Piston options

The Wossner option provides a forged piston upgrade. Confirm the selected piston specification and cylinder compatibility with KOR before ordering.

Kit components

Airsal cylinder, piston, piston rings, wrist pin, retaining clips, gaskets and sealing washers. Confirm the supplied contents for your selected configuration with KOR. A cylinder head is not included.

Application and installation

This kit is intended for a Yamaha Blaster engine build.

During assembly, verify piston-to-cylinder clearance, ring end gap, gasket selection and cylinder head clearance using the specifications for the supplied components. Carburetor settings should suit the completed engine combination.
