Genuine Keihin PWK 35mm Carburetor – Performance Two-Stroke Upgrade
The genuine Keihin PWK 35mm carburetor is a proven performance carburetor for two-stroke ATVs and dirt bikes. Known for its precise fuel metering, responsive throttle characteristics, and excellent tuning capabilities, the PWK35 is a popular choice for riders looking to improve the performance of modified engines.
Ken OConnor Racing offers genuine Keihin components for riders who demand quality, reliability, and consistent performance.
Why Choose a Genuine Keihin PWK35?
The PWK35 features a chrome-plated semi-flat D-shaped throttle slide designed to improve airflow while maintaining responsive fuel metering.
Unlike inexpensive imitation PWK carburetors, genuine Keihin units use precision-manufactured components and standardized replacement jets, needles, and slides.

Yamaha Blaster PWK35 Carburetor Upgrade
The Yamaha Blaster originally came equipped with a 26mm Mikuni VM26 carburetor. Upgrading to a 35mm Keihin PWK can provide additional airflow capacity for engines that have been modified to take advantage of a larger carburetor.
This carburetor is particularly suited to appropriately configured Yamaha Blaster engines featuring:
- Aggressive trail or race porting
- Aftermarket performance exhaust systems
- Modified cylinder heads
- High-performance reed valves
- 240cc big-bore configurations
- Other high-RPM performance modifications
A 35mm carburetor is not necessarily the best choice for an otherwise stock engine. Carburetor sizing should match the engine’s airflow requirements and intended operating RPM.

Yamaha Blaster PWK35 Jetting Assistance
Correct jetting is critical to engine performance and reliability. Changes in elevation, temperature, exhaust system, porting, displacement, and intake configuration can significantly affect the required carburetor settings.
Ken OConnor Racing has developed a dedicated Yamaha Blaster PWK35 Jetting Calculator to help riders estimate starting jetting based on their engine modifications.
Important: Calculator recommendations are estimated starting points. All jetting must be confirmed through proper tuning and engine testing.
Installation Information
This is a universal performance carburetor, not a direct bolt-on replacement for the original Yamaha Blaster VM26.
Installation may require a compatible intake manifold, throttle cable, air filter adapter, and other modifications. Proper carburetor alignment and clearance should be verified before use.
Sold individually. For off-road and competition applications.
