These pads are intended for Yamaha Blasters equipped with the factory hydraulic front disc brakes. They do not fit the cable-operated front drum brakes used on 1988–2002 Yamaha Blaster models.
Important Ordering Information
Each package contains enough brake pads to service one front wheel. Because the Yamaha Blaster has separate left and right front brake calipers, you will need to order two sets when replacing the brake pads on both front wheels.
Inspect the front brake rotors before installing new pads. Deep grooves, excessive wear, warping or heavy rust can reduce braking performance and shorten the life of the new pads. The brake caliper slide pins and pistons should also move freely before installation.
