Yamaha Blaster Brake Rotor and Pad Kit

This Yamaha Blaster brake rotor and pad kit supplies replacement rotors and sintered brake pads for both front wheels and the rear brake. Refresh worn friction components with one package covering all three brake positions.

What’s included

• Two front brake rotors
• One rear brake rotor
• Two front brake-pad sets
• One rear brake-pad set

That is three rotors and three pad sets total. Calipers, master cylinders and brake lines are not included.

Listed fitment

• Yamaha Blaster YFS200: 2003–2006
• Yamaha Banshee YFZ350: 1990–2006

Verify compatibility with the installed hubs and calipers if your ATV has modified brakes or suspension. This kit is not intended for the original 1988–2002 Blaster front drum-brake arrangement.

Rotor and pad construction

The kit pairs stainless steel replacement rotors with sintered brake pads. Replace worn components together where required, and inspect the remaining brake system during installation.

Installation and bedding

Check caliper operation, mounting hardware and wheel-bearing condition before fitting the new components. Follow the applicable service instructions for tightening specifications and brake inspection.

Keep grease and oil away from friction surfaces. Follow the pad supplier’s bedding procedure and confirm correct brake operation before normal riding.
