KOR Yamaha Blaster Exhaust Block Off Plate
The KOR Yamaha Blaster exhaust block off plate is designed to seal the exhaust outlet when performing a two-stroke engine leak down test. Properly sealing the exhaust port allows you to pressurize or apply vacuum to the engine and check for air leaks that can cause poor performance, difficult starting, inconsistent jetting or engine damage.

How It Is Used
Remove the exhaust pipe and secure the KOR exhaust block off plate over the cylinder’s exhaust outlet. Connect the appropriate test hose to the brass barb, seal the intake and other required openings, and perform the leak down test using a regulated testing system.
Always use low, controlled pressure and follow proper two-stroke leak down testing procedures. Excessive pressure can damage engine seals.
