Yamaha Blaster Pro-X Clutch Kit
This Yamaha Blaster Pro-X clutch kit replaces the friction plates, steel separator plates and springs in the original clutch assembly. Part number 16.CPS22088 fits 1988–2006 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster models.

- Complete friction-plate set
- Complete steel separator-plate set
- Replacement clutch springs
The clutch basket, inner hub, pressure plate, cover gasket and mounting hardware are not included.
Matched replacement components
Pro-X packages the plates and springs together for the application. The manufacturer specifies springs approximately 10% stiffer than OEM, intended to reduce slipping under demanding conditions.
These are aftermarket Pro-X components manufactured to OEM-style specifications.
Inspect before replacing
Check clutch adjustment and cable operation when diagnosing slipping or dragging. During disassembly, inspect the basket fingers, hub and pressure plate for wear that new plates cannot repair.
Installation
Follow Pro-X’s preparation instructions and the Yamaha service manual for plate order, tightening specifications and clutch adjustment. Use the specified wet-clutch-compatible transmission oil.
Confirm full engagement, release and correct cable free play before riding.
