Description

Yamaha Blaster Performance Cylinder Head- High Compression

Increase the power and performance of your Yamaha YFS200 Blaster with a professionally modified cylinder head from Ken OConnor Racing. This performance head features a reshaped combustion chamber designed to improve compression, combustion efficiency and overall engine output.

Depending on your engine combination and supporting modifications, this cylinder-head upgrade can add approximately 3–5 horsepower. It is an excellent addition to ported cylinders, aftermarket exhaust systems and other performance-oriented Yamaha Blaster builds.

Unlike a generic replacement head, this cylinder head is professionally machined for Yamaha Blaster performance applications by an experienced two-stroke engine machine shop.

Fuel requirement

This is a performance cylinder head that increases engine compression. Always use fresh premium high-octane gasoline. Fuel requirements can vary depending on compression, port timing, ignition timing, elevation and the rest of the engine combination.

Proper carburetor jetting and a leak-free engine are required. Check piston-to-head and squish clearance during assembly, especially on stroker, decked or otherwise modified engines.

Why buy from Ken OConnor Racing?

Ken OConnor Racing is a full-service engine machine shop specializing in two-stroke engine machining, cylinder boring, crankshaft rebuilding, cylinder-head modification, porting and complete engine assembly. All cylinder-head machining is performed in-house—not sent to an unknown outside shop.

Quality. Service. Price. No excuses, just results.

Important note

Performance gains depend on the complete engine combination, including cylinder porting, exhaust system, carburetion, ignition timing and engine condition. A 3–5 HP increase is not guaranteed for every configuration.
